Dog-Friendly Texas Hotel Chains

Share with fellow dog lovers!

Throughout the Lone Star State, you’ll find many dog-friendly Texas hotels, bed and breakfasts, and campgrounds. Here on Texas with Dogs, we’ve featured hotels and properties that we’ve stayed in with our dogs; you’ll also find links to other dog-friendly properties. When making a reservation, always tell the property that you are traveling with a dog, and inquire about pet fees (which hotels sometimes call non-refundable pet deposits…in other words, a fee). Pet policies have been known to change so, even if you’re heard that a Texas hotel is pet-friendly, call and doublecheck before making your plans.

In general, most individual hotels have their own pet policies, even those properties within large hotel chains. (These policies do not apply to service animals.) We’ve got a basic rundown of what to expect from hotel chains in Texas that have numerous dog-friendly properties.
