In cold weather, certain moves leave my knee feeling out of sorts, the result of a cracked kneecap years ago, after a fall on the floor of the Bangkok police station (following the sinking of our boat and the loss of our passports. Not the best of travel memories…)
That aching knee means that I’m slow to get up when I’m seated, reluctant to change positions, and less than enthusiastic about the uphill hikes I usually enjoy twice a day with our dogs.
Fortunately through the years I’ve learned which moves to avoid and I know the value of resting that knee. We sleep on a Yogabed , a memory foam bed we reviewed last year.
