Fans of the ABC Family series Pretty Little Liars may know him as Noel Kahn, but offscreen actor Brant Daugherty has just accepted a new role– that of a real life doting Dad to a rescue Rover.
Called Whiskey during his days at Bull Terrier Rescue of Southern California, the three-year-old, 65-pound pup– now known as Knuckles– found a permanent place in the TV star’s heart and home in late March.
Like all proud pet parents, the former Dancing with the Stars competitor took to Twitter to show off snapshots of his new furry family member, saying:
“I adopted this little knucklehead from the shelter today! What should I call him?” and “Thank you to Bull Terrier Rescue of So. California for taking such good care of this beast until I got him home.”
(Fans can see a photo of the Fido with his new famous human father on the rescue’s Facebook page.)
Established as a non-profit organization in 2002 in loving memory of two Bull Terriers named Liza and Murphy, Bull Terrier Rescue of Southern California, Inc. helps to find forever homes for members of the breed who are in need.
