Miranda Lambert to Host MuttNation March

Putting a song in the hearts of dog lovers, Grammy Award winner Miranda Lambert will help companion animals who long to land a permanent gig in the heart and home of a loving pet parent when she kicks off MuttNation Foundation Adoption Drive events at the annual CMA Music Festival in Nashville, Tennessee.

Starting the MuttNation celebration on the right foot, the singer who consistently climbs to the top of the charts will take steps to create a better tomorrow for our tail-wagging chums as the host of the inaugural MuttNation March on June 8th. The performer and her pals with paws will join dog lovers on a walk starting at Nissan Stadium and leading to the Nashville Pedestrian Bridge before concluding in downtown Nashville.

“So many shelter pets need a home, so we are going to march to raise awareness,” the multi-platinum-selling recording artist stated. “Country music has the best fans in the world and together we can help so many animals find amazing homes.”

Those who wish to take part in the promenade for a paws cause can register at MuttNationFoundation.com. There is a $15 per person registration fee. Each entrant will receive an event T-shirt to wear during the march.

The MuttNation Foundation March will end steps away from Music City Center, where dogs who are looking for a forever home will hopefully walk away with a pet parent during the MuttNation Foundation Adoption Drive. Taking place throughout CMA Fest (June 8 – 11) inside CMA Fan Fair X, the event will include a “Puppy Corral,” a photo booth, and the MuttNation mobile adoption unit. Fans will also have the opportunity to help other companion animals in need by purchasing MuttNation Fueled by Miranda Lambert Pet Collection dog accessories, with a portion of the proceeds helping to further the efforts of the non-profit organization co-founded by the performer and her mother.
