As members of the ground-breaking all-girl group The Go-Go’s they’ve performed on stages around the world, and on February 6th Jane Wiedlin and Gina Schock will band together with fellow friends of Fidos to help set the stage for a better tomorrow for senior dogs in need at an annual event that proves that trends may come and go, but compassion is always in fashion.

The Rover-loving rockers will walk Flora, a senior Pit Bull mix who ticket holders will no doubt fall “Head Over Heels” with, down the runway during a display of Spot-tastic styles specially created for the dogs by some of the Bay Area’s most prominent interior designers, using fabrics provided by showrooms at the San Francisco Design Center.
Hosted by Mr. Wilkes Bashford, a top dog on the San Francisco fashion scene, Haute Dog SF 4 will also include drinks, tasty treats, raffles and a shopping emporium filled with pet products.

A happening with heart, proceeds from Haute Dog SF 4 will benefit Muttville Senior Dog Rescue, a non-profit organization which has rescued more than 2,800 elderly dogs in the San Francisco area since its start in 2007.
“Muttville is so honored to be chosen as the recipient of the Haute Dog SF fundraiser,” Muttville founder Sherri Franklin stated. “Bringing light to the plight of abandoned senior dogs and raising funds to save more lives– while meeting new friends– what could be better?”
Tickets: $50
