Review: Eureka AirSpeed EXACT Pet! #EurekaPower

eurekaOK, let’s be honest here: pets mean pet hair. During this time of year, our dogs are blowing their coats and there is pet hair EVERYWHERE. We brush and brush…but clouds of hair still find their way across the floors and on the upholstery.

When Eureka asked if we’d like to review the new Eureka AirSpeed EXACT Pet, we jumped at the chance for two reasons:

  1. It uses patented AirSpeed Technology to really pick up that pet hair through both regular vacuuming and through its PET Power Paw attachment for furniture.
  2. It’s budget-friendly, priced at just $79.88 right now at Walmart. We’re always looking for great pet products for pet lovers on a budget!

The vacuum even features a suction control valve that lets you switch the power of the vacuum to the floor or to the tools. (Check our CatTipper video for more on the Tools setting and see how the vacuum does in removing pet hair from upholstery.) The EXACT Pet also features a washable filter, great for removing pet dander and dust!

The vacuum also takes on the challenge of pet fur and dander thanks to its efficient airpath. According to Eureka, “Unlike most other vacuums, Eureka AirSpeed EXACT Pet’s AirSpeed Technology uses an efficient floor-to-cup airpath with limited twists and turns that decreases the distance dust needs to travel and increases airflow, providing maximum suction power.” You can also see how Eureka AirSpeed EXACT Pet compared to competitors in independent testing in its ability clean carpets.

The vacuum was easy to push, even on our very thick rug (it has a Smooth-Glide pivoting base that’s designed to make the job easy.) I’m also happy to report that the vacuum is not too loud; our cats remained in the room while I vacuumed. A big paws up for the Eureka AirSpeed EXACT Pet!

We received Eureka vacuums for review and for giveaways.
