For the second time this season the Cleveland Indians will step up to the plate to help animals in need as the major league team hosts Puppypalooza.
On September 9th baseball buffs and their barking buddies can browse in the dog-themed vendor area and promenade around the warning track in a puppy parade prior to the first pitch, when the Indians will take on the Kansas City Royals.
A happening with heart, a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Cleveland Animal Protective League, an unlimited stay humane society which helps to find forever homes for dogs and cats in need.
When: September 9, 2013 (vendor area opens at 5:30 p.m.; puppy parade at 6:15 p.m.; game starts at 7:05 p.m.)
