Have you ever left the house thinking you looked great…then had someone come up and tell you that you had tags still hanging from the new clothes you were so proud to be wearing? Or a stain on the back of your clothes where you just couldn’t see it? Or worse?
The same thing can happen with photos. The dog photo you thought would look so good can look so bad…if you don’t take a couple of seconds just to doublecheck it before pressing that shutter.
For example, take the photo below. I took it this evening before our walk. You hardly notice Tiki, do you? All you can see is the fence post and the tree that seem to be growing out of her head…not to mention the towel that’s drying on the fence.
By swiveling around to the other side of Tiki (she never moved), I was able to get a better angle on Tiki and took these photos…
Far less distracting, right? It only took a moment but it made a huge difference in the photo. Of course, Tiki was bored by the whole thing and just wanted to go on her walk!
