As parents well know, kids (whether human, canine or feline) often love boxes as much (or more) than their contents. This weekend we received a big box of review products and put it in the corner while we photographed each of the products. Inca, our tiniest cat, soon found the box and has claimed it as hers. Since Saturday, she has been in the box or on the box almost the entire time!
Another photo we wanted to share from this week is Irie taking refuge behind her buddy, Felix. This week’s extreme temperatures (105 the day this photo was taken) resulted in late afternoon thunderstorms (but, alas, no rain for us). Irie absolutely hates thunder and, when this storm blew up suddenly, she sought refuge behind the first symbol of safety she could reach: Felix, our formerly feral cat!
