Teeny’s Friends Hosts “Seven Year Itch” Pawty

Last night DogTipper attended the special “”Seven Year Itch Pawty” in honor of the seventh birthday of Teeny. This spokesdog for Teeny’s Friends, an organization that provides toys to needy dogs, and VirtualPetwork.com, a social networking site for pets, greeted guests at the special old Hollywood themed event with his parents, Katy (seen above) and Todd McDougall.

The party was held at metrodog, a doggie boutique in The Domain, Austin’s most upscale shopping area…

Party Animals planned the event (Austin area dog lovers: if you need a pet party, yappy hour or other special doggie event planned, these people throw a great party!)

No doggie party would have been complete without a big spread of specially baked dog treats...

…and, of course, a birthday cake, all prepared by It’s Pawsitively Irresistable…

Like Teeny’s Friends does every month, they were hosting a toy drive to help needy dogs. This month’s event benefited EmanciPET, which provides spay/neuter clinics to reduce animal homelessness. And in addition to the toy drive, Teeny’s Friends donated one  toy to EmanciPET for every $10 spent at metrodog (up to 50 toys!)

Tiki enjoyed her night at the party!
