Miranda Lambert Roses to Benefit MuttNation Foundation

Miranda and Dogs by Becky Fluke
In the language of flowers the petals of a hot pink rose means thankfulness, and dogs who are waiting for the opportunity to turn over a new leaf with a forever family will be thankful for the fans of floral finery, famous faces and Fidos who will sow the seeds for a better tomorrow for our four-legged friends by purchasing a rose named in honor of a country music superstar who helps to prune back the problem of pet homelessness.

Certified Roses, a producer and wholesaler of garden roses for those with green thumbs in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, has just announced that a philanthropic flower will become available in early 2016— the Miranda Lambert Rose. A fragrant Hybrid Tea with blossoms measuring more than five inches in diameter, a percentage of the sale of the botanical beauties will benefit MuttNation Foundation, the “Little Red Wagon” singer’s non-profit organization which distributed $206,000 to shelters from coast to coast during the Mutts Across America: 50 States/50 Shelters initiative, and opened Redemption Ranch– a five-acre, no-kill shelter in Tishomingo, Oklahoma– in November 2014.

Currently on tour, the Grammy Award winner is also helping dogs in need put roots down in loving homes through the MuttNation Foundation Road Show, featuring adorable adoptables, Redemption Ranch merchandise and low cost microchipping.
