OK, I think we’ll all agree that when you have a nice, sunny day in January, that’s definitely nothing to complain about! It is, however, tough on your photos.
This afternoon I decided to go out and take some photos of Irie and Tiki with their football (which is actually a treat dispenser we made from an old football), all to get some additional photos in preparation for Super Dog Sunday. (You ARE going to enter our Super Dog Sunday photo contest, right??!)
At first, we headed out to the sun filling most of the front yard. While that sunshine felt good, it definitely wasn’t the best photo-wise…
The sunny photo just has too many shadows and the whole scene winds up looking a little washed out.
We took the football and headed into the shade. It’s simple, easy, and it makes a huge difference!
