It’s odd sometimes how out of sync our seasons are with the rest of the country. While snow blankets so many places right now, Mother Nature seems to have declared it spring here, at least as far as our blooming pear trees are concerned.
Of course, I know the flip side of this warm up: it will continue to warm up. And continue…
We’re now busy planning some dog travel in the coming weeks because, as happy as we are to see spring coming, we know that our shorter-than-average springtime here heralds the oncoming summer, a time when it’s just too hot for two- or four-legged travelers to go much of anywhere!
